SKP Resources posts 30% net profit growth to RM118.5mil in FY25


PETALING JAYA: SKP Resources Bhd posted a net profit of RM30.25mil or a basic earnings per share (EPS) of 1.94 sen for the fourth quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2025 (4Q25).

This was up from RM18.9mil or 1.21 sen EPS it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The electrical and electronics plastics manufacturer’s revenue in the quarter increased from RM447.69mil to RM578.28mil driven by stronger contributions from its core business.

For the full financial year 2025 (FY25), it posted a net profit of RM118.55mil, up from RM90.99mil in FY24. EPS in FY25 stood at 7.59 sen and revenue grew to RM2.22bil from RM1.85bil in FY24.

In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, SKP Resources said it remains positive on its business prospects, backed by a strong financial position.

The group plans to continue expanding its printed circuit board assembly, injection moulding, and engineering capabilities to support a broader product portfolio.

It also acknowledged the credit concentration risk arising from reliance on a major customer and said efforts are ongoing to diversify its customer base.
