KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with DCAP Digital Sdn Bhd as part of its ongoing commitment to support the SME ecosystem and provide tailored financial solutions.
This partnership aims to enhance SME lending infrastructure and promote financial inclusion for underbanked communities in Malaysia.
DCAP Digital, founded in 2020, specialises in delivering transparent and fair credit solutions through its comprehensive Lending-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform.
Through this collaboration, HLB will leverage DCAP Digital’s AI-driven credit scoring and LaaS expertise, combined with its own strong financial solutions and broad reach in consumer financing and mobility, to offer tailored lending solutions that meet customers’ unique business needs.

Meanwhile, DCAP Digital co-founder and CEO Sonia Ng said the collaboration combines HLB’s financial strength with DCAP’s technology to create smooth experiences, support smart SME growth, and encourage sustainability in the motorcycle ecosystem.
“The collaboration will also involve joint promotional activities, such as workshops, seminars, and marketing campaigns to amplify visibility within the motorcycle industry, and training sessions for dealers on application best practices,” she said.
